Apparently, AT&T owns a lot of things, from “DirecTV”, to “CNN”, and lots of other companies, not to mention services they provide. Well CNN, a very well known far left news channel has pushed nearly 100% negative sentiment towards President Trump since elected. Although no President, including Donald J Trump, is perfect, this is just unfair to the American people, and the world. In some parts of the world people look to CNN as an objective portrayal of what’s going on in the United States, but most people here in the states, even the left wingers who watch CNN, know that it leans that way.
President Trump hit back at AT&T today to try to hold them accountable, as AT&T has been a company known for supporting some of President Trump’s policies and tends to play both sides of the aisle.
For example, AT&T gave Trump’s tax cut a big vote of confidence when they were the first of many large companies to give bonuses to their employees after the Trump tax cuts were implemented.
Perhaps this is why President Trump thought this Tweet might be effective in putting some pressure on the parent company of what he likes to refer to as “fake news CNN”.
Often the media criticizes the President for hitting back at what he perceives to be fake news but CNN and other left-wing news outlets aren’t the only ones subject to harsh pressure and criticism, although they seem to be immune from the kind picked up by Fox News by organizations like “Media Matters”, a group that has targeted many of Fox News’ pundits and tried to have them fired.
