Yesterday former NRA spokeswoman and social media heavy hitter Dana Loesch clapped back at a ridiculous comment made by the lukewarm, politically moderate Geraldo Rivera. In a tweet, the former “Apprentice” contestant and Fox News contributor stated in so many words, that people with ‘small penises’ own AR-15s. In response to his post, Dana Loesch, a woman, said to Rivera:
I have several AR-15s, Geraldo. Is it because I have a small penis?

Much talk is going on right now about gun control legislation on the left and the right, with some on the right jumping the shark and calling for gun control as well. But wherever one may stand on the issue, comments like Geraldo’s certainly do nothing to legitimize the debate. If anything, it turns it into a joke and shows that he’s not serious about backing his opinions with facts, logic and constitutional beliefs.
Earlier that day Geraldo shot off another tweet in an effort to blame the manufacturers of guns themselves for shootings that are committed by deranged lunatics. Geraldo tweeted:
Just like #Opioid manufacturers and #BigTobacco companies, Manufacturers of #AR15 type weapons should be sued for damages when their products are used for their only intended purpose: to mimic military assault weapons to kill and maim people.

To summarize, if you stand for the second amendment, now is the time to speak your mind, if you don’t, you better have some valid arguments or you’re going to get lambasted by constitutional Americans who don’t want their rights stripped away. Oh, and good luck finding an argument against the second amendment that sits well with millions of law-abiding gun owners, it seems like most of them, aren’t budging.
