George P. Bush, the one lone supporter in the Bush family of Donald J. Trump’s, has issued a strong call. The Texas land commissioner and son of former Florida Governor and presidential candidate Jeb Bush, has taken to Twitter to let the world know how he feels. His call: to stand against all forms of terrorism, including ‘white terrorism‘.
His tweet was after the recent shootings in El Paso, Texas where a crazed lone gunman shot and killed 20 people in the name of hatred for Hispanics. This was also before an even more recent shooting that happened in Dayton, Ohio, just this morning. While some want to speculate that the latter was somehow related to the former, there have not been ties made to this as of yet.
George P. Bush tweeted out what appears to be a text image, possibly to get around Twitter’s 280 character limit.

It is extremely unfortunate that these and other recent tragedies like them have unfolded. All forms of domestic violence should always be condemned no matter the reasoning behind the killer, or person committed said violence.
Daily Wire blogger and verified Twitter user Matt Walsh has also had some words, many more words in fact, than George P. Bush. Picked out of a litter of what some would call a Twitter rampage, a couple, in particular, stand out where Walsh proceeds to tell President Trump what he ‘needs to do’ in light of recent tragedies. In that tweet he posted:
Donald Trump needs to give a speech to the nation tonight. He needs to call out white supremacist terrorism by name. He needs to take a break from Twitter trolling for several days at least. We need unifying, determined, presidential leadership from him.

The only issue here is that violence comes from many different ideologies. Sometimes it’s white supremacists. Sometimes it’s radicalized Islamics. Sometimes it’s gang crime. Sometimes people just lose their minds for one reason or another. These are sad facts of life. (another thing he said in his Twitter rampage is that violence in Chicago and black on black crime should not be used to compare to the “white supremacist terrorism”.
Most rational people believe all violence should be condemned, period. Violence is violence and radicalism is radicalism. Plain and simple, and very tragic. Our society faces unique challenges that it has never seen before and people clearly are struggling for direction on what needs to be the correct angle to ‘disavow’ and ‘condemn’ the right people.
Yes, when you see a trend it is ok to call out that trend. The question is, is now the time to start labeling (trending Twitter hashtag) #WhiteSupremacistTerrorism as public enemy number one?
