BREAKING UPDATE: this story has been debunked as a fake news setup according to Big League Politics.
Not much is known about a recent sexual assault accuser of Democrat Presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg at this time, but his potential social media accounts may give us a few clues. The Twitter account @realHunterKelly was created just this month and only has 3 tweets, one being the link to the medium.com story, and the other two being random retweets.

Digging deeper though, it appears that he is a fan of Bernie Sanders on his Twitter page, but an apparent Trump supporter on his Facebook. Both pages seem to be linked by the fact that likes the rapper “Cardi B”. He follows 6 different pages related to Sanders including what appears to be “democratic socialist” presidential candidate Sanders’ main Twitter page, and “Michigan for Bernie 2020”. Politics Election hasn’t yet verified either social media accounts to be official. Looking at the tweets that have been liked by the account, it also comes up with 3 tweets related to Bernie that have been liked.

This is interesting because Bernie kicked off his midwest tour in Michigan earlier this month. He was the first major Democrat candidate to visit the state. During that campaign stop in Warren, Mi, he called on Michiganders to be “part of the political revolution.”
As of 1:38 PM (Pacific Time) today, the @realHunterKelly account Tweeted out: “I’ve received hundreds of phone calls today from journalists doing dogged reporting. They’ve called my school, my friends, my family and people who barely know me. I’m now sorting through my messages to do an interview about my horrific experience. Please pray for me.”

As of now this Tweet is still live and you can see dozens of responses varying from supporters and people claiming he may be a Trump supporter who is trying to pretend to be a Bernie supporter to sabotage Pete Buttigieg with possible false allegations.
One has to wonder if this is indeed a credible allegation, a setup by the Bernie campaign, or something else entirely.
It is also important to note that President Trump had a rally in Grand Rapids, MI on March 28th, where the accuser attends college according to social media. If he is a newly converted Sanders supporter, perhaps he was inspired to get more radically involved, and the Sanders campaign helped refresh his memory of the alleged incident.
Whatever the truth is, we may never know, but if he does an interview with one of the major new outlets in the near future, it is sure to shed some light. If he is indeed making false allegations he will be in for a lot of scrutinies to say the very least.
