Democrat Pete Buttigieg’s City Rated One of the Worst in the Nation

“I’m from Indiana, I’m gay as a — I don’t know, think of something really gay — that’s how gay I am,” he said in an interview with TMZ’s Harvey Levin.

We get it, he’s gay, which seems to get you brownie points with the Democrat party these days, but you might be asking yourself, what has he done? What jobs has he created? How has he helped make South Bend a better place to live? What are his principles and values? Does he support the Constitution? What qualifies him to run as president? See video below (start at about 1:55) where Tucker Carlson explains well his false victim status claims.

First, for those interested, Buttigieg is pronounced “Boot-edge-edge”.

Mayor of South Bend, Indiana, Pete Buttigieg formally announced he’s running for president in 2020 during a rally on April 14th. No, it wasn’t at a pink hat rally, it seems he only participates in those surrounding presidential inaugurations.

So Buttigieg is a Democratic candidate running for president in 2020, but what has Buttigieg done?

HARVARD GRADUATE AND RHODES SCHOLAR

He attended Harvard and is a past Rhodes Scholar. Almost as if progressives look for those background characteristics in candidates running for president. How well did the last Harvard graduate do as President? Needless to say, we have moved on from more ‘hope and change’.

He returned to his hometown of South Bend and was elected mayor in 2012, at the age of 29. He served a seven-month Naval Reserve tour in Afghanistan while mayor and came out as gay in a 2015 column for the local paper. He married in June 2018.

As mayor of South Bend, a blue-collar town that is home to the University of Notre Dame, Buttigieg made redevelopment a top priority and was named ‘mayor of the year’ in 2013 by the website GovFresh.com. He signaled his White House run in December when he announced he would not seek a third term as Mayor.

MAYOR OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA – Recently rated ‘ONE OF THE WORST CITIES TO LIVE IN’

Certainly, we respect his service, but again, we ask what has Buttigieg, 37, done for South Bend? What jobs has he created? How has he made South Bend a better place to live? How has he helped make schools better, or reduced poverty or crime in South Bend?

FACTS don’t lie.

While you might think Chicago is known for its murder rate, in 2015, Buttigieg’s South Bend actually topped Chicago’s 16.4 homicides per 100,000 people with a homicide rate of 16.79. That put Mayor Pete’s city on the list of ‘TOP 30 – Murder Capitals in the Country’ for the year.

In 2017, shootings rose 20% on Mayor Pete’s watch. In addition, rapes increased by 27% and aggravated assaults rose from 183 in 2013 to 563 assaults. Mayor Pete may be charming to some but he runs the most dangerous city in Indiana. It was recently rated as one of the “worst cities to live in”. Well over 25 percent of the residents live at or below the poverty level.

So crime has actually increased since ‘Mayor Pete’ has taken over as the new leader of South Bend. Do we really want an experienced leader with experience of increasing more crime in our country?

BUTTIGIEG – NEW LEADERSHIP FOR TOMORROW, IF YOU’RE INTO SOCIALISM

Buttigieg has been a two-term mayor of a Rust Belt city of 100,000. He wants to be the “new leadership” of the “working-class voters” because, after all, weren’t those the voters who deserted Democrats to vote for Trump in the first place?

Buttigieg is no front-runner. Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden seem to be dominating the polls at this early stage and as of this article, Biden has yet to officially announce, but that’s not to say Buttigieg isn’t on the move.  A Quinnipiac national poll released Thursday showed him with 4 percent — not much, but tied for fifth with political juggernaut Sen. Elizabeth Warren and ranking above big names like Sen. Cory Booker.

It’s obvious that while not in the lead, Buttigieg is seen as somewhat of a threat so there is a rush to dig up dirt and opposition research on him by rivals on both sides. Some will try to paint him as a villain by associating him with the powerful consulting firm he has a history with. Others try to expose failures or controversial actions taken as Mayor. In the video below, at a recent town hall, a tough question is asked of ‘Mayor Pete’, “What happened with secret tape recordings that lead to the firings of a black Police Chief?” He struggled to answer the question.

In a post-election interview with the New Yorker, President Barack Obama said that there are still strong Democratic politicians with bright futures. He listed Senators Kamala Harris, Tim Kaine, and Michael Bennet. The fourth politician he mentioned was Buttigieg.

But even Buttigieg in his own words said, ”People have Google and they are NOT stupid.” Thankfully he’s right about that.

Here, in an interview with NBC, Democratic candidate Buttigieg states, “President Trump deserves to be impeached.” Seriously? Maybe Mayor Buttigieg should try using a little Google himself. Did you actually read the Mueller report?

Who remembers Attorney General Barr specifically stating, “there was NO Obstruction” and “NO Collusion”. It was even in Mueller’s findings and report.

You can’t just impeach a president because you don’t like him, Mayor Pete, but then again, you can Google that too.

Recently at a recent NH Campaign stop, Buttigieg compared Bernie supporters to Trump supporters…..SERIOUSLY?

To top that off, in an interview with MSNBC Rachel Maddow, he lectures Americans on “values”. Although most Americans are accepting of the fact that ‘Mayor Pete’ is a homosexual, does Buttigieg actually think HE can lecture Americans on VALUES? The majority of Americans are probably not convinced that the homosexual agenda is a traditional family values pedestal to preach on.

Buttigieg went on to state, “I don’t care how conservative you are, how religious you are, if you realize that someone is coming to harm because of something you believe, something you used to believe was right, it’s going to open up your heart at least a little bit to change.”

From the IJR, “My generation is the generation that experienced school shootings beginning when I was in high school, the generation that fought in the post-9/11 wars, the first generation to have to deal with the reality of climate change, and the first generation not to be better off than our parents materially – if nothing changes.”

On Wednesday, Buttigieg touted his unique candidacy, saying, “At a moment like this, underdog campaigns will go further than the establishment would normally allow when it comes to bold ideas that can truly meet the threats and opportunities coming our way.”

The BIG threat coming our way is socialism and the ‘moderate’ Democrat candidate Buttigieg. According to Business Insider, Buttigieg wants to eliminate the Electoral College and rely on the popular vote….you know so we can have establishment elites such as Hillary Rodham Clinton elected as President. Not only does Buttigieg want to abolish the electoral college, he has suggested a Supreme Court composed of 15 justices, including five who would be appointed by the other 10. We don’t need to turn our Supreme Court into a kangaroo court.

Buttigieg also believes in ‘single-payer healthcare’ and ‘Medicare for all’, supports the Green New Deal, and even calls climate change a ‘national security threat’. In addition, Buttigieg supports taxpayer-funded transgender reassignment surgery and abortion, despite our nearly 22 Trillion dollars of National Debt we are already battling poorly.

Add that all up and the facts don’t lie, Buttigieg is just a fake moderate running for president. A ‘centrist’ who supports socialism. As Buttigieg stated, we all have Google. Too bad we can’t get people to use it wisely, especially when it comes to Democrat candidates running for president in 2020.
