So former First Lady Michelle Obama has decided to insert herself into ‘The Squad” controversy. In an ABC News video describing President Trump’s ‘controversial attacks’ on Twitter of ‘The Squad’, they reference a recent Tweet made by Michelle.
In the video below starting at around 1:55, they mention a Tweet by Obama stating that it’s ‘our America’. Then the ABC news correspondent Tara Palmeri proceeds to get in a jab at President Trump saying that he “calls Mexicans rapists” which was taking something he said during the 2016 campaign way out of context.

In Michelle Obama’s Tweet that ABC alluded was in regards to ‘The Squad” drama, she stated:
“What truly makes our country great is its diversity. I’ve seen that beauty in so many ways over the years. Whether we are born here or seek refuge here, there’s a place for us all. We must remember it’s not my America or your America. It’s our America.”
